OUR PRODUCTS
We provide a "one-stop-shop" solution for all potable, raw or waste water requirements
Ductile
Iron pipes, fittings and valves are our core
product since 1967! The mechanical
properties of ductile iron are markedly
superior to those of grey iron and
comparable to the properties of steel pipes.
The much improved properties were recognized
to be of particular benefit in the
centrifugal pipe industry and as such most
potable water projects, worldwide, use
ductile iron.
We
offer a complete range up to DN2600mm in
ductile iron pipes as well as fittings. A
variety of internal and external coatings
are available to suit any requirement of the
client.
We
are market leaders in supplying PE, PP and
PVC solutions to the water industries. From
DN20mm up to DN1600mm, with pressures from
PN4 to PN25 we will have the solution you
are looking for.
A
variety of connection methods are also
available dependent on material, such as
compression fittings and hot melt
welded.
To
compliment our pipes, as a "one-stop-shop",
we can offer a complete range of fittings,
valves and related accessories such as stop
valves, tapping saddles, welding kits and
surface boxes.
VALVES
Both
quality and reliability are essential when
it comes to valves. This is why Imco
International Ltd only work with accredited
factories who meet international standards
and are frequently checked and audited to
ensure these standards are maintained
consistently.
We can
offer almost any valve for potable water,
raw water or waste water from DN20mm ball
valves up until DN3000mm double eccentric
butterfly valves. Pressure up to PN40. We
can offer all types of valves and
connections including flanged, spigot,
wafer, lugged, tensile coupling ends, pe
ends or socket ends. To complement our
valves, we can offer actuators and any
related accessories which may be
required.
A penstock is
a sluice or gate or intake structure that
can control water flow. Our penstocks are
bespoke, manufactured to order and
specifically to meet the end clients' needs.
We can also
offer options of operation such as pneumatic
or hydraulic actuators.
IMCO
offer both household water meters as well as
advanced flow control meters of all
types.
For
domestic water meters we can offer dry dial,
wet dial, digital, analogue, prepaid etc
with many different and varying features
dependant on the project requirements.
Quality
fire hydrants of all types are offered by
Imco International Ltd. Whether it be
underground or above-ground, dry barrel
hydrants (slide-gate, toggle or compression)
or wet barrel, Imco International Ltd have
the fire hydrant which will meet your
requirements.
Additionally,
hoses and matching accessories such as
couplings may also be supplied according to
client requirements.
IMCO can
offer a large range of EN 124 manhole covers
and grates. From the minimum class of A15
(15KN test load) all the way up to F900
(900Kn test load). We have the capability to
offer all kinds of manhole covers, gully and
tree grates according to the EN124 standard.
The products can be labelled according to
the client’s requirements and
specifications.
We are
also able to offer bollards and lamp posts
to complement our range.
PUMPS
IMCO can supply
drainage, sewage, engine driven, potable water
and industrial pumps to suit a wide variety of
liquid handling applications. We have over 1000
pump models available.
The
pumps we offer range from having a 0.15kW to
1000kW motor. All the pumps we offer are
selected based on their high-quality
compositions, efficiency and
reliability.
To
support our large product range of pumps, we
have a wide range of readily available pump
accessories and using our knowledge we can
source the best selection of pumps to meet
with your selection criteria, whether it be
a single pump or large multi-disciplinary
pumping system.
CONTROLS
Control panels,
either bespoke or standard stock products are
offered from our factory in the United
Kingdom.
The standard control panels are available for same-day dispatch and are suitable for controlling single or dual-motor systems. They are available in direct on-line and star-delta starting and can be customized to suit your requirements, offering a range of optional extras including visual warning alarm and telemetry.
For bespoke control systems, an in-house design team in the UK, equipped with the latest technology, allows us to manage the full project from concept to installation.
To complete your control system, we can offer a range of additional ancillaries, including level control from our range of float switches, state-of-the-art remote monitoring and enclosures.

be available depending on the client’s
