VALVES

IMCO can offer almost any type of valve in existence, from isolation valves and control valves right through to network protection for use with potable water, raw or waste water systems.

IMCO have been supplying valves for a large variety of projects in many sectors from main transmission water, regional house connections to pump stations for decades.

Valves are one of the most important parts of any project. All valves offered by us are tested and inspected in order to meet international standards. A two-year warranty is also provided.

Through our partnerships with some of the world’s leading factories we are able to offer almost any type of valve for drinking, raw or waste water projects, right up to valves rated to PN40 for working pressure.
We are also able to offer all related products and accessories, including actuators.


BUTTERFLY VALVES

Double eccentric or centric, flanged, lug or wafer butterfly valves in a variety of designs, with pressure ratings from PN10 to PN40 are available. IP67 or IP68 rated gearboxes and actuators can be included.

GATE VALVES

Gate valves can be metal or resilient seated dependant on clients requirements and offered from PN6 up to PN40 rated.

AIR VALVES

Combination, automatic, air & vacuum with or without additional surge alleviation mechanism. We can offer either flanged or threaded in ductile iron or reinforced polyamide.

CHECK VALVES

We can offer swing check, tilted disc or recoil check valves.

CONTROL VALVES

IMCO provides a wide range of control valves. These include needle valves, float valves, pressure reducing and pressure sustaining diaphragm control valves. We can also offer Y strainers to protect control valves.

HOUSE CONNECTIONS

House connection valves and accessories including tapping saddles made of a variety of materials such as ductile iron or HDPE are available with all types connections such as PE ends, threaded and screw couplings.

BALL VALVES

Ball valves are available in a variety of materials such as PP & Brass with multiple methods of connection.

ACCESSORIES & OTHER VALVES

Surface boxes, extension spindles, hand wheels, tapping saddles, repair clamps, tee keys, caps, gaskets, rings and bolt sets. Suitable couplings, adaptors and dismantling joints are offered from our fittings range. Other valves such as altitude and flap valves are also available.
